The Challenge
Build a multi-role portal for funeral home chains handling order placement, photo/content uploads, designer proof creation and approval workflows, quality checklists, and shipping label generation - all with multi-funeral-home account switching.
Our Solution
Developed a Laravel 10 + Vue JS platform with role-based access for customers, designers, production staff, shipping staff, and administrators. Features include proof approval workflows, designer time tracking, QuickBooks invoice integration, and HubSpot CRM.
