For Life Celebration, this meant documenting how an order moves from the funeral home (order placement and photo upload) to the designer (proof creation) to the customer (approval or revision) to production (quality checklist) to shipping (label generation). Each step became an automated stage in the platform.
We build applications with distinct interfaces for each user role. Life Celebration's platform has five role types: customers see their orders and approve proofs, designers see their assignments and track working time, production staff manage quality checklists, shipping staff generate labels and track packages, and administrators oversee everything. Each role sees only what's relevant to their job.
When one person completes their step, the next person in the workflow is automatically notified. Proofs move from designer to customer for approval via automated email (AWS SES). Approved orders trigger production tasks. Completed production triggers shipping label generation. No manual follow-up needed.
We build dashboards that show what matters - designer time tracking (assignment to approval), order throughput, conversion rates, and bottleneck identification. Canxida's quiz dashboard tracks completion rates, symptom-to-product mapping accuracy, and conversion from quiz result to purchase.
